Fast delivery and secure packaging. However, I received a pair very different than pictured, in multiple ways: color (plastic-y pink instead of orangey), cut of the coral, shape of back setting, etc. Pretty, but not what I thought I was paying for (when there is only 1 item available on the website you would suppose it's what you see in the pictures, wouldn't you?). In short, if I had seen pictures of the actual earrings I wouldn't have bought them.
